Understanding the psychology of repeat offense and violent behavior
Despite the reformation and other support services provided in correctional facilities to prepare inmates for productive life, it is common knowledge that some people do engage in repeat offense and sometimes in aggravated violent behavior due to inability to adjust post-incarceration. This requires a specific basic psychology education program after incarceration that can empower them for self- management to adjust in the community and plan vocational path.
