Psychology of Relationship Management

Background

Relationship is about involvement, appraisal and sustenance. Yet, it has remained one of the most challenging experiences that individuals have to deal with. Relationship is a critical part of wellbeing and can be a major stressor for a lot of people. The level of mental health a person enjoys may depend largely on the quality and functionality of their relationships. Typically, relationships involve family members, friends and acquaintances, co-workers or boss-subordinates, or clients. While some people experience toxic relationships in their personal, family, social and work life, others do have functional relationships. In some instances, people quit relationships either too early or too late. At other times, people quit relationships they should have kept or stay in relationships they should have left. These outcomes are usually associated with the inability to critically analyze and respond to the dynamics of relationships.

Many do not have the sufficient insight and skills that are necessary to effectively deal with the issues. With sufficient knowledge and skills to analyze the relationship, choices and outcomes  become more rational and satisfactory. And achieving quality decision making and effective coping is assured.

• Duration:The course is scheduled for three (3) days. Each class will be held for 90 minutes.

• Registration: Participants are required to register early for the 3-day course.
• Course fees: $200.
